Vacuum gets stuck

Vacuum crosses No-Go lines into forbidden areas or gets stuck on the floor.

Obstructed sensors

Flip vacuum over, clear front bumper of any debris. If that doesn't help, the front bumper may be cracked or broken.

Broken front bumper

The front bumper or surrounding parts may be broken from use. See our replacement guide: Kyvol Cybovac E20 Front Bumper Replacement.

Vacuum has low suction

The vacuum won't clean as well due to low suction.

Full dust bin

Disconnect dustbin. Empty contents into the trash. Put the dust bin back into the vacuum. Run as usual. If that doesn't help, check the dust filter.

Clogged filter

The dust filter needs to be cleaned every one or two weeks. Take out the filter and clean it off. If this doesn't help, the filter may need to be replaced.

Old filter

Filters need to be replaced when they have been used for two months. See our filter replacement guide here: Kyvol Cybovac E20 HEPA FIlter Replacement

Vacuum Does Not Charge

The vacuum does not hold a charge and battery power does not last long.

Broken cord

Check the cord by moving it around and seeing if it charges the machine from a different angle. Try unplugging it and then plugging it back in. Check for damage to the cord. If this does not work or if charger is damaged, the charger may be broken, and you will have to replace it.

Failed battery

Check the cord, outlet, and port of the machine. Clean off any dust, or dirt that could be constructing the plug. Try multiple outlets, and plug it back in again, if no other outlets work and no cords have any damage; you could have a failed battery which will need to be replaced. See our replacement guide here: Kyvol Cybovac E20 Battery Replacement

Side brushes malfunctioning

The brushes will not stay in place while the device is in use.

Failed brush rotation

Debris may be caught in the rotator cuff of the side brushes. Remove the brush, clean it of any debris, and place it back onto the vacuum. If that doesn’t work you will have to replace the left or right brush.

Brushes are broken

Clean the brush of any debris. Check for damage. If the brush is broken, you will have to replace it. See our side brush replacement guide: Kyvol Cybovac E20 Side Brush Replacement

Main brush won't rotate

The vacuum does not clean well because the main brush is not working properly.

Obstructed brush

Remove for any debris and clean the brush thoroughly. If this does not help, the brush may be broken.

Broken brush

If brush is broken, see our main brush replacement guide: Kyvol Cybovac E20 Main Brush Replacement

I have had my kyvol for about a year always worked fine. But now when it seems to be discharged and when I sit it on the charger in stead of the red charging lites coming on they are blue and the triangle lite at the front is blue for a bit and turns to red. The lite on the charger is on tells me there is power to the charger. Please advice.
