NS-CLIP02 Not Turning On
The LCD screen is black after pushing the power button.
Device is not plugged in
Plug the power supply into a working power outlet and confirm that adapter is properly plugged into the device.
Make sure the wall outlet is working properly
Test the device by plugging the power supply into multiple power outlets to confirm the outlet is working.
Power auxiliary port replacement
You may need to replace the auxiliary port. Please continue to link provided for
detailed instruction.
Digital display replacement
You may need to replace the display. Please continue to the link provided for further instruction.
Power button replacement
You may need to replace the power button. Follow the link for further instructions.
NS-CLIP02 Has No or Distorted Sound
When iPod/iPhone is docked, radio speaker has no sound.
Check to confirm that the device is not on mute.
Locate the mute button on the device and toggle the switch to see if device will
play.
Make sure that the volume is turned up.
Locate the volume button on the iPod/iPhone and make sure it is turned up all t
the way. Locate the volume button on the clock radio and make sure it is not on
the lowest setting.
Check to confirm that the iPod/iPhone is on and playing music
If your device still has no sound, check to confirm that the iPod/iPhone is docked and that it is on and playing music.
Bad Speaker
You may need to change the speaker on the NS-CLIP02
The iPod/iPhone Will Not Charge
When the iPod/iPhone is docked but the charge icon does not appear
Bad 30 pin connector
You may have to replace the 30 pin connector. Follow the link for further instruction.
