Short battery life

When I try to use my headphones, they don't last very long.

Over charging

When you charge your Bluetooth headphones, it's possible that you may unintentionally over charge said headphones. It can be fairly difficult to tell when a device is fully charged, but it's typically signaled by a solid single color like a white dot or blue dot. If the charge is under 50% it could take an hour to charge if the device is fully dead.

Over usage in general

Just like over charging your device, under charging your device can heavily impact your device's battery life. Your device should let you know when your battery is on a low battery, when this low battery is known, you should stop usage when you can and charge it as soon as possible.

Over usage of streaming apps

Apps like Spotify and Apple Music may be the culprit of a short battery life, downloading these songs / podcast episodes will save your Bluetooth battery life from drainage

The device won’t connect

My headphones will not pick up the audio from my laptop/phone/etc.

Your Bluetooth is off

The best solution to your device not connecting is the easiest, perhaps the device you're trying to connect to simply doesn't have the Bluetooth turned on. Simply swipe to your menu tab (swipe from the top of your phone to access this) and select the fancy looking B

Your device is out of range

Your Bluetooth device only has so much range, leaving your device behind will heavily impact the connectivity of your device. If your device is a phone, you should have it on you, if this device is a computer you should only leave it to travel short distances as they are harder to carry around compared to a phone

The device is connected to another / too many devices

A Bluetooth product can only be connected to so many devices before said device becomes confused. Your phone can only handle so many devices paired to it until the amount of devices become far too overwhelming for said phone.

Buttons Break Easily

The buttons will not work when I press them/feel out of place.

Too much force applied

Many users of Bluetooth may be applying too much force on the button. Since the button is very small this could easily damage the buttons. Be careful when pressing the buttons.

Distorted sounds

The sounds coming out of the headphones are irregular, and it should not sound that way.

Extreme volumes

While listening to loud music in order to mute out the world around us sounds great, listening to loud volumes is bad for both the headphones and your ears, so simply listen to the songs you love so dearly with the appropriate volume.

The Bluetooth is mismatched to your device

It sounds odd, but every device is produced for be best fit for a specific device, before you purchase this Bluetooth, make sure it's a good fit for your device.

Microphone not working

The microphone does not recognize when I speak into it.

Bent out of shape

Because of how the internal of the microphone works, a bent shape will disturb the internal wiring, you may need to fidget your microphone.

Audio jack is dirty

The audio jack could be interrupted by the build up of filth. Simply disconnect the headphone jack very carefully and clean the jack with a Quetip, remember to be extremely careful!

The headphones aren't turning on

When I try to turn them on, there is no response.

No charge remaining

This is the simplest solution, just recharge the device! A full charge will take approximately 2-3 hours.

Reset the device

To reset the device press and hold the power button on the back of the right earcup for seven seconds. This will also disconnect the Bluetooth and reset it which could fix other potential problems.

Hello El Mundo de Fany's sorry for the late response. You device not appearing does actually happen sometimes regardless of device (I use a pair of headphone and disconnect them sometimes and don't have the option to reconnect them) you may have to retry the option menu a few times before it shows up, hope this helps!

They aren't working and they worked this morning

Could you go into more detail? Maybe there's something you did the other day that caused them to disconnect, or maybe you forgot to turn them off last night and they're dead. Please get back to me when you can
