Coffee Pot Not Turning On
Display does not light up, and the power button does nothing.
Power Cord
Make sure the prongs are not broken and that the cord is not frayed.
Display Components
Display does not work, but the device can still turn on and coffee can still be brewed. Buttons are still functional and the power button is illuminated.
Motherboard
If the display does not work and none of the buttons are functional.
12-Cup Coffee Pot Not Hot
Display and water pump still work, but the hot plate does not heat up after activation. Also if coffee is only lukewarm the components still may need to be replaced.
Large Heating Component
Check to see if the single cup feature is working properly. If it is, then the heating component for the 12-cup coffee pot need to be replaced.
Motherboard
Check to see if both the 12-cup coffee pot and the single cup are both working. If both are broken, then the problem may be the motherboard.
Single Cup Coffee Not Hot
Display and water pump still work, but the coffee coming out of the single cup feature is either lukewarm or cold.
Small Heating Component
If the 12-cup coffee pot feature is still functioning, then the single cup's heating component must be malfunctioning.
Motherboard
Check to see if both the 12-cup coffee pot and the single cup are both working. If both are broken, then the problem may be the motherboard.
Water Not Dripping Through
Water not dripping or slowly dripping through.
Water Tubes
Check to see if there are any holes in the tube, the tube is not clogged, and that both ends of the tube are connected to their respective areas.

Just got this as a gift for Christmas, I've only used the single serve side a handful of times and now it's not working.

Hi, I just noticed that the single serve has stopped functioning. It is brewing the water in the single serve water container but it does not pump it back up through the coffee filter. Suggestions on how to fix it?
