Keys Not Responding

Keyboard keys are either broken, missing, or unresponsive.

Keys Have Debris Underneath

Sometimes when the keys are not working, there might be a foreign object underneath the key. Make sure to check underneath the specific key(s) that is experiencing issues, and remove any debris carefully.

Keys Losing Connection to the Motherboard

If the key(s) still do not work after you cleaned the debris, it may be caused by a loss of connection between the keys and the motherboard. Here is a guide to check if your key is functioning, and how to replace the faulty keys.

Battery Wont Charge or Battery Isn't Charging

Laptop runs out of power very quickly even after being fully charged.

Battery Not Fully Inserted

Make sure to check if the battery is properly inserted into the laptop. Also double check your laptop has been fully charged. There is a chance that the charger could not be properly functioning, but once you are certain it is a problem with the battery, use this guide to replace it.

Battery is Dead

Even after the laptop has been plugged in and charged, some laptops may experience rapid loss of power. This can be due to an old or damaged battery, here is a guide to replace the battery here.

Overheating

The bottom of the laptop gets very hot, making it uncomfortable to the user. Also, some users have experienced the laptop powering down without any notice.

Internal Fan Needs Cleaning

Be sure to check the fan and remove any excess debris by carefully using a compressed air duster.
