The speaker does not sound clear when turned on.

When the sound cuts in and out or when the the volume is inconsistent, a loose wire/ground may be the issue. The loose connection will result in the variance of the speaker's ability to produce sound and will need to be tightened or replaced.

If sound from the speaker is still inconsistent, the speaker cone may be bent or punctured. If this is the case, the cone will have to be replaced.

You try to turn the speaker on but cannot play music through it.

If the the speaker is not functioning, there may be loose wiring within the housing. If so, the wire connections may need to be repaired or the wires themselves may need to be replaced.

If the sound continues to be nonexistent, the voice coil may be defective. The voice coil is located within the speaker assembly and will need to be replaced.

The speaker is constantly dead, even if you charge it.

Press the power button to see if the power indicator light turns on. If it does not turn on, plug the charger to the jack. If nothing happens, the jack may be faulty and will have to be replaced.

If the jack is working fine and all connections are tight, the battery within the unit could be dead and will have to be replaced.

Speaker appears to be on, but the buttons are not responding.

If the speaker does not respond when the controls are depressed, there may be a loose connection to the button.

If the speaker does not respond when controls are depressed, they will have to be replaced due to a faulty switch within the button.

Speaker appears to be on, but the indicator lights are not responding.

If the bluetooth and power indicator lights do not turn on when the speaker is on, there may be a loose connection to the LED light.

If the display lights are not functioning, the LED light will have to be replaced.
