The Device Will Not Turn On
No matter how many times you try to connect the Bluetooth , it refuses to turn on and shows no signs of operation.
Faulty or Low Battery Pack
Plug your speaker in using a charger that you know works. If the speaker still doesn’t charge, this is a sign of a faulty battery pack and the battery pack needs to be replaced.

Buttons Don't Function When Pressed
One or more buttons on the speaker takes longer than usual to pop back up. Follow our button replace guide.
Button Housing Is Worn Out or Has Debris In It
If one or more of the buttons is not working the button membrane may have been damaged. Button failure can also happen from long term use. Replacing them is the solution.

Speaker Sound is Distorted
The speaker can no longer produce the original quality of sound and instead makes a muddy or sharp sound that is unpleasant to listen to.
Sound Is Not Clear
If the sound is muffled, grainy, or even broken. Or if it produces distortion, makes no sound or the cone is physically torn. The speaker need a replacement.

Device Vibrates With High Frequency
If the speaker has high frequency radiator vibration, weak bass and stereo sound, lower potential of the bass, low sensitivity or resolution, then the passive radiator has to be replaced. Follow our guide.

Speaker Does not show power on or connected
The Bluetooth signal light/ power on light is no longer flashing.
Bluetooth Light Doesn't Flash.
If the power on or Bluetooth light is not coming on, replace the light on the motherboard.

Speaker will not charge
The speaker will not hold charge or will not charge.
Defective Charging Cable
Your charging cable may be defective and will not charge your speaker at all. If this is the case, you will need to buy a new cord.

My speaker will turn on, pair and connect to my Bluetooth with blue led, then wuthing 30 seconds it will flash a red led light, unconnect and turn itself off. The battery is also 100% charged.

Hola tengo un gran problema, mi altavoz trIbit xsoung go cuando trato de ponerlo a cargar, no carga no prende ningún bombillo y solo suena barrer relow algo así y trato de pretenderlo pero no se prende. :( paso así de la nada 😭

unable to get bluetooth to turn on, not able to pair. Reset several times using volume buttons.
