Introduction
This guide will walk you through the complete disassembly of the Commodore 128 'wedge' model. This is necessary for internal cleaning, RAM expansion, or replacing the notoriously fragile power switch.
What you need

Flip your commodore 128 over

Remove the five Phillips screws with a PH1 screwdriver.

Flip your commodore over (again), so the keyboard is facing up.

Slowly lift the top keyboard cover up

On the right side of the keyboard, remove the Power Light cable.

Remove the Grounding Cable on the right by unscrewing the screw with a PH1 bit.

Remove the keyboard connector buy carefully pulling it out

Remove the six small screws holding the RF Shield in.

Remove the single smaller screw
