My Problem
Giving the Laptop to my grand niece. Had to erase all the personal stuff and restore to pristine condition for her.
My Fix
Went very well. Took all afternoon once I downloaded all the updates and installed them. Nice rainy day to do it all!
My Advice
Be patient and don't plan anything else the day you reinstall to erase a hard drive.
