My Problem
IPad dropped to the floor. Broken glass and damaged corner.
My Fix

I took me one hour, but I used a lot of time to remove old glue and fix the broken corner.
My Advice
Make sure you have the right tools available.
A pair of glasses to protect your eyes from broken glass, a pair of latex gloves, and a head light.
A small cutter is recommended when fixing a damaged corner.
When removing the old front panel, be very careful around the camera area and to the left of the home button.
Go for the rep-kit. The i-opener is very handy.
