My Problem
We bought iPhone used in order to download audio books from our library and listen to them. The battery only lasted until around 45% then shut down.
My Fix
I didn't know what to expect when I opened the phone. Everything inside was sooooo small. I took my time and followed the directions on the computer as I went. It did take me a little longer then 30 minutes, but all was successful. VERY HAPPY
My Advice
Take your time.
