My Problem
The problem I was having is that, after a session in VR, steam was giving me the warning that my base station had started to fail, looking at the logs, it was failing to transmit signals.
My Fix
Upon ordering and receiving the new base station, I had noticed that it had more Lazer diodes than my previous base station had!
My Advice
Replacements on ifixit are better than HTC's RMA program
