My Problem
The phone was crashing several times per day. after each crash we would need to plug the phone into the charger to get it running again.
My Fix
The repair worked great!! The phone has not crashed since the battery was replaced.
My Advice
Make sure you order the spudger. The tools included with the battery were good for opening the phone and getting the batter out, but not good for disconnecting the cables. I used a platic knife to get the cables off. You will also want to use a hair dryer to get the battery out - mine took a lot of work to get it out. The video makes it look like it will take only a couple minutes - however, it will take about 30+ minutes (or more).
