My Problem
I overclocked my 1080Ti and the temperatures were reaching unsafe levels so I decided to water cool it.
My Fix
The repair/modification went really well. I did a lot of research on how to properly install the water cooler before I got started. I bought my iFixit tool kit specifically for this modification because I needed a better tool kit and it was recommended by GamerNexus.
My Advice
If you're going to spend money on a 1080Ti definitely install a water cooler. Not only is my GPU temperature cooler but it is performing better too.
