My Problem
The front display was broken and I like to fix things my self. It's less expensive.
My Fix
The suction cup didn't get vaakum. I used the film from the new display on top of the broken display. It took me over 1 hour to get the display off. The display crushed even more where the home button is. I got the home button off, installed it on the new display. Installed the display on. Turn on the iPhone and everything is working fine.
My Advice
The iSclack would be the best tool to use here.
