My Problem
I Had an iPhone 4s with a Shattered/cracked screen.

My Advice
I found that holding the tiny screws with a pair of tweezers at the same time I held the screwdriver in the end helped me insert them back where they belonged without dropping them or having to try several times to get them to line up properly.
