• after removing the battery, remove the five small Phillips-head screws with a #0 Phillips screwdriver.

• now we have two more screws hiden
• first time i used needle. this time i took a blade.
• removing the last two philipps-head screws.

• be carefull. the phone is thin and you should push on two hooks two open cover case.

• now you should take of the square metal in the middle of your phone to eject display.
• i used plastic spudger

• the last step is to take of old lcd from main board. mine was easy to go, but probably it could be stuck with the glue and i recommend to use a blade carefully.
