Introduction
This guide demonstrates a professional-level repair requiring advanced tools. With this special back glass separator, a broken iPhone 8/8P/X back glass can be removed in just 3 minutes. Residual glue can also be removed easily, which is convenient for subsequent attaching of a new back glass.

Wire up the Back Glass Separator. Connect the Back Glass Separator with Air Compressor via an air pipe. Switch on the Air Compressor. Open the air compressor valve.

Switch on the Back Glass Separator. Rotate the pressure regulating valve and set the value as 0.4Mpa.

Place iPhone 8 back glass assembly into the corresponding mold. Press ‘Up’. With the temperature rising to 240℃, press ‘Start’. The back glass assembly is clamped tightly by the mold.

After 200 seconds of heating, mandril of the machine starts to work.

Remove the back glass after 18 seconds. Remove glue residue on the back glass thoroughly.
