Introduction

This guide will show users how to replace the USB port of the iNet M1001. This guide is for you if the USB port of your iNet M1001 tablet has gone bad and now needs replacing. To complete this guide some soldering is required.

What you need

Step 1 Back Cover

Remove the two 4.1 mm PH1 screws with a Philips screwdriver.

Press the small suction cup on the back cover, and then pull the small suction cup to remove the back cover.

Remove the two 3.8 mm PH1 screw with a Philips screwdriver.

Remove the USB port from it's plastic housing.

Desolder the white wire, and pull it off of the motherboard.
