Introduction
Use this guide to remove your iHome iP1's back cover. This cover is located on the underside of the platorm connecting the speakers. Although it serves no function other than to protect the motherboard, it is necessary to remove in order to remove many other components of the iHome iP1, such as the speakers and the 30-pin connector.
What you need

Orient the iHome upside down with the speakers facing away from you.

Remove the four 9.5 mm Phillips #2 screws located on each of the four corners of the iHome's back cover.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
