Go to step 1 ↓Use the following guide to remove the printhead safely without the use of tools.

Locate a tab securing the printhead on the right hand side of the printer.
Ask FixBot

Disconnect the two (tan) harnesses located on opposite sides of the thermal head and remove the printhead.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
