Introduction

If your device fails to power on, it may be time to replace the power cord. Follow these instructions to replace the power cord in the Zebra ZP 450.

What you need

1. Step 1 Power Cord
  Using the TR10 Torx screwdriver, remove the four 8mm screws from the bottom of the device.
  
  Remove the three 12mm screws from the bottom of the printer using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

3. Step 2
  Using the iFixit opening pick, remove the plastic cover.

4. Step 3
  Using the Phillips #1 screwdriver, remove the single 14 mm screw from the clamp that is holding the power cord.
  
  Remove the power cord from the device.
