ZCWA BR151 Battery Replacement

What you need

    • Turn off the device.

    • Remove the water tank by sliding the latch down with a finger and grasping the bottom of the water tank.

    • Pull it out.

    • Flip the device over to access the panels on the back.

    • Rotate the device to where the battery panel is closest to you.

    • Using a Phillips #1 screwdriver, remove the two 10 mm screws from the battery panel.

    • From the opposite end of the battery wires, use an opening tool to pry the battery out.

    • Do not use metal objects to pry out the battery.

    • You may need to rotate the device depending on your hand prominence.

    • Peel off the electrical tape that wraps around the battery's wire connectors.

    • Pinch the two lock mechanisms on the wire connectors while pulling them apart.

    • Set aside the old battery to dispose of later.

    • Batteries can be safely disposed of at your local recycling center with the help of a professional.
