Introduction
This guide shows how to replace the guitar’s tuning pegs (machine heads) on the Westbrook FG 5500 by removing the old hardware and installing new ones. The tuning pegs are responsible for adjusting string tension, which changes the pitch of each string. Replacing worn or damaged tuners ensures smooth, accurate tuning and prevents string slippage or uneven tension.
