What you need

  1. Vtech Kidizoom Smart Watch DX Faceplate Replacement, Faceplate: step 1, image 1 of 1

    • Flip the watch so that the screen faces upward.

    • Use a plastic opening tool to gently pry the edges of the faceplate away from the watch.

    • You may hear some popping sounds as you are removing the faceplate. This is normal.

    • Pull the faceplate fully apart from the watch.
