Introduction

This guide will show how to replace the speaker for the 2014 VTech Record and Learn KidiStudio if it stops working.

What you need

1. Step 1 Speaker
  Unscrew 11 PH2 screws (7 mm).
  
  Remove the black plastic backing.
  
  Remove the batteries from the toy before beginning replacement of the speaker.

3. Step 2
  In the top right corner inside the device, unscrew the 2 PH2 screws (5 mm) holding the speaker in place.

  Desolder the electrical connections from the speaker and replace part.
