Introduction
In this guide you will learn how to replace the speaker diaphragms of the Treblab HD77. The diaphragms take the sound produced by the speaker and output it as loud, clear audio. If the diaphragms are damaged the sound could come through in much lower quality, distorted, or even not at all. This guide will teach you how to remove damaged diaphragms and replace them with fresh ones.
Note that this speaker is water resistant and as a result uses a water resistant adhesive in some areas which will have to be removed in certain areas in order to remove the diaphragms. To restore its water resistance, this adhesive will need to be manually reapplied before reassembling the speaker.
