Remove the trim piece from the inside of the door.
The trim piece should be easy to pull off without too much pressure. If you struggle, you may use another item to gently pry it off.

Remove the connector by pushing the tab in and then pulling out the connector.
You can use an additional tool to help push the tab in if you can't push it in with your fingers.
Be careful to not pull on the wires; pull at the base to prevent damaging the connector.

With a 10mm socket wrench, remove the three nuts.
As you are removing the nuts, the mirror becomes loosened. Make sure you are holding onto the mirror to prevent it from falling.
