Introduction
Sometimes the antennas on these tablets can become defective over time, often due to impact damage. This guide will show you how to replace the antenna on your Toshiba Excite 7c. If you are experiencing reception problems, it is possible that the antenna just got knocked out of place. Be sure to inspect the connection before ordering parts.

To open your device use the plastic opener. Locate the seam on your device and gently separate applying pressure down all four sides.

The back casing will start to peel away from the screen.

You can locate the antenna underneath the motherboard as seen here.

There are two tabs located on the side of the antenna. You will need to release these tabs by slightly and gently pushing the tabs away from the antenna card.

Pull the card out with your tweezers and replace with new antenna.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
