Introduction
This process involves the following steps:
- Flip watch over, face down.
- Push the ends of metal "spring bars" inward to detach the bands from the lugs on the body of the watch.

Use small flat tool such as a Flathead screwdriver to press the metal "spring bars" inward, one at a time, to release the wrist-band from the "Lugs."

Repeat first step on opposite side.
