The removal process for the System76 Serval WS is easy, and can be done in under 2 minutes. No tools are needed.

Turn laptop over so the bottom faces up.

Using your thumbs, open the tabs on the back panel.

Using a PH #00 screwdriver, remove the 3 6mm screws on the back panel.

Unlock the button on the right by gently sliding it upward, away from you.

With some force, slide the left unlock button to the right, which will eject the battery from its compartment.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
