If the ear cups on your Q10 have worn out, you can replace them quite easily.

What you need

1. Step 1 Remove Old Ear Cups
  Use included spudger to pry around the edges
  
  Work your way around popping each of the 6 clips that hold the ear cup down

2. Step 2 Replace The Ear Cup
  Align the pin on the cup with the divit on the earphones
  
  Press gently together until all clips click into place

  Use the same technique to remove the second ear cup
