Introduction
Go to step 1 ↓If your Sony Xperia Z1s (model C6916) has a malfunctioning rear camera, your camera might require replacement.
The rear camera is used to take high-quality photographs. A faulty rear camera may no longer be able to capture images or may cause images to look distorted.
Before beginning this guide, turn off your phone completely and remove it from any external power source.

Insert the opening pick in the crease between the body of the phone and the phone's back cover.

Slide the opening pick around the crease until the back cover releases from the phone.

Using the T4 Torx screwdriver, remove the five 5 mm screws from the panel above the battery.

Remove the panel by grabbing its bottom edge and lifting upwards.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
