I made a start on this but these videos could do with text or speech warnings on how to care for removable of the screen. Some text and image based iFIxits will give you warnings in red to look out for things that could do damage.
I followed this video, but have managed to damage my screen with no obvious cracks. I get stripy lines and its lost touch screen. What I am not sure of is how I did it.. Is there conductive material in the entire screen, even the bordered part of the screen? As I was removing glue off the screen, I scratched it behind the border. Did that do the damage? I would like to find out what happened.
