Introduction
If your phone's battery is not working or not charging, follow these steps to help guide you through the process or removing and replacing the battery
What you need

Set the phone screen down on a clean flat, surface.

Insert the plastic opening tool into the groove located between the body of the phone, and the back plate protecting the battery.

Open the back of the device by prying around the sides of the back panel using the plastic opening tool.

Insert the plastic opening tool in between the battery and the phone body.

Pry up on the side of battery, and remove it.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
