Introduction
Run out of space on the SD card? Has it become corrupted or give you errors when trying to load things?
This specific guide is to help you locate and replace the SD card and replace it for the SONY PRS-505.
Note: Before inserting a card, make sure that it is formatted to FAT32 to prevent data corruption as the device doesn't support newer SDXC cards (exFAT format.)

Press the SD card inward until it clicks and springs outward.

Take the SD card out of the device.
