Introduction
Go to step 1 ↓If the battery of your Sony Alpha 6000 is dead, or if you suspect their is foreign material obstructing the battery compartment, this guide will help in showing how to access and remove the battery.

Flip the camera around to access the battery compartment.

Slide the battery compartment lock to the left to unlock it.

Ask FixBot
Once the battery is out and the compartment is free of any foreign debris, replace it with a new and fully charged one.
