Introduction

With just the push of a button, the charging indicator button to tell you the power status of your Rocsta Solio charger. In this guide, we will show you how to replace the charging indicator button if it no longer functions properly.

What you need

Step 1 Solio Rocsta Top Cover Disassembly

Locate, and unscrew, the three 5.72 mm screws that hold down the top cover using the T6 Torx screwdriver.

Remove top cover.
Caution: the solar cell is attached to the top cover and connected to the circuit board by a short wire .

Step 3 Battery

Using the spudger, pry the battery off the back cover.

Step 4

Using a T6 Torx screwdriver, unscrew the 5.66 mm screws attaching the circuit board to the case and flip the circuit board.

Step 5

With the circuit board flipped, locate the battery connector.
Hold the component attached to the circuit board the battery is connected to and wiggle the cable out.

Unscrew the 5.66 mm screws attaching the circuit board to the case.

With a Soldering Iron desolder the charging indicator button connectors.
