I can’t get the Hepa filter to come out, the front comes out easily, but the actual filter behind it will not. How do I remove it?

@lynndavidson lay the machine on its back, get someone without fingernails to grab both sides of HEPA and pull STRAIGHT UP. It is pretty tight. You might be able to pop a side up by prying with a flat screw driver or small putty knife? Just don’t chip the housing.
