Introduction
Go to step 1 ↓This guide will show you how to replace the wheel assembly for the Shark Matrix RV2310. This replacement may be used to address mobility issues in the vacuum. It is a fairly easy replacement, though it is important to ensure the battery is removed first so that the vacuum is off during this process.

Remove the two 11 mm Phillips screws holding the battery plate in place.

Remove the battery plate.

Remove the battery from the compartment.

Disconnect the electrical cable connection from the battery to the robot.

Remove the five 11 mm Phillips screws holding the wheel assembly in place.

Undo the wire connection between the motherboard and the wheel assembly by gently pulling the wire out from the wheel assembly's connector.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
