Introduction
This guide will show you how to remove/replace the bumper plate assembly on your Shark Matrix RV2310. This is most useful in scenarios where your vacuum's bumper assembly has been cracked or broken, leaving the sensor components underneath vulnerable.
What you need

Remove the six 8 mm hex screws that are holding both pieces of the bumper plate together.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
