This guide will show you how to remove/replace the battery for your Shark Matrix RV2310. Replacing the battery can solve issues with the device's ability to charge or hold its charge.
What you need

Remove the two 11 mm Phillips screws holding the battery plate in place.

Remove the battery plate.

Remove the battery from the compartment.

Disconnect the electrical cable connection from the battery to the robot.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
