Introduction
This guide will show you how to replace the two filters on the top of the motor unit of the Shark IONFlex 2X.
With normal usage, the filters will not need to be replaced, but will need to be rinsed and air dried for 24 hours prior to re-insertion in the machine once every month.

Squeeze the lever labeled “Clean Filters Monthly” and pull up on the plastic cover.

Grab the larger side of the black plastic ring on the side of the white filter, and separate the white foam filter from the inner filter.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
