Shark ION Robot 750 Button Panel Replacement

Introduction

This guide demonstrates how to replace the button panel on your Shark ION Robot 750 robot vacuum. The button panel is important for powering the robot as well as the docking function. You may need to replace your button panel if you find that the robot does not turn on, the buttons have become dislodged, or break.

Before you begin this repair, make sure that your device is turned off.

What you need

    • Before you begin, make sure the vacuum is off.

    • Use a spudger to remove the top case of the vacuum.

    • Flip over the top case.

    • Use tweezers or your hands to remove the center button panel from the socket.

    • Use your hands or tweezers to remove the other button panel from its socket.

    • Use a spudger to pop the panel off of the connector if you need help.
