What you need

    1. Shark ION Robot 750 Battery Replacement, Battery: step 1, image 1 of 1
      • Make sure the device is completely powered off before working.

      • On the bottom of the vacuum, unscrew both sides of the vacuum cover using a Phillips screwdriver.

      • Gently lift and remove the cover.

      • Grip both of the battery pull tabs and lift the battery out.

      • Be careful when lifting the battery out because it is still connected to the motherboard.

      • To disconnect the battery, firmly squeeze down on the marked tabs, then pull the connector out of the socket.

Does the new battery need charging once inserted and if so how long? Mine did nothing once inserted. It didn't even light up!
