Introduction
This guide for the Shark AI Ultra AV2511AE will show the steps to successfully replace the side brush motors. These steps will need to be completed if the side brushes are not properly working. The purpose of the side brushes is to scoop up any debris into the vacuum dust bin.
What you need

Orient the device upside-down.

Holding the brush with two fingers firmly, use a Torx TR9 screwdriver to remove the 5 mm screw.

Look out for a tiny metal bracket/clip stuck inside the old brush which may need to be removed and inserted into the replacement brush. These clips slide into keyed slots on the spinning brush driveshaft; they'd fit on rotated 180 degrees but not 90. Recommend doing one brush at a time and looking for these clips and their orientation.
