Introduction

Over time, the ear pads on your device will wear down, eventually to the point of no longer working as proper cushions. In this guide, we will show you how to properly remove and replace this part.

Firmly grip the pads around the border of the rubber and the plastic.

Twist the earpad clockwise or counter clockwise.
Remove the ear pads.

Look for a small groove where the main bulk of the plastic and the internal electronics of the device meet.

Carefully tuck the fabric flap around the edges of your earpads inside of the groove.

You may have to hold the ends you place into the groove, as the flaps can be quite tight. Ensure that every edge of the earpad is in place.
