Note the orientation of each pin upon removal.

Push pins out in the direction of link arrows.

Use either a strong tweezer or P2 bit.

avoid scratching by putting an old T-shirt down on your work surface.

expect to push hard. Pins go out in the direction of the arrow on the link.

Pull pins out slowly.

Note the orientation of each pin.

Expect the watch to fall apart.

Push pins opposite direction of link arrows to insert.

This may require a lot of force.

Brace your workspace and use soft linens to avoid scratches.
