When looking at the bot from above, find the handle that says pull, on the opposite side of the cylinder that says cyclone force.

For stability, place one hand on the curved back edge of the bot, and place the other on this pull handle.

Pull the handle up and towards the back of the bot, so the dust bin begins to rotate.
