At the beginning reset the Camera app.

To reset the camera app go to "Settings", "Apps", "Camera"

Select "Storage", then "Clear cache" and "Clear data".

Now "Force stop" the app and test the camera.

Go to "Settings", "General management", "Factory data reset", "Reset" and follow the instruction.

Try if camera works

Use hot air to warm the device.

Use Suction cup and plastic tools to separate the battery cover.

Remove the SIM Tray.

Use plastic tool to remove the middle frame.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
